Financial and Transactional Data: such as bank account number, credit card number and debit card number, monthly income and payment information.

All guests must present a photo identification at check-in.
Rooms are assigned only to registered guests and may not be transferred to others.
Each guest must complete the hotel’s registration form upon arrival.
Check-in time: 3:00 am
Check-out time: 12:00 noon
Early check-in or late check-out may be available subject to availability and additional charges.
Possession of firearms, weapons, explosives, flammable or hazardous materials is strictly prohibited anywhere on hotel property, including guest rooms, parking areas, and public spaces. This applies regardless of local licensing or permits. Violations may result in immediate eviction and notification of authorities.
No in-room parties or gatherings are allowed at any time.
Loud noise, music, or behavior that disturbs other guests will not be tolerated.
Quiet hours are enforced between e.g., 10:00 PM — 8:00 AM
Guests responsible for disturbances may be asked to vacate the hotel without refund.
Rooms may be occupied only by two adults and 2 children indicated on the reservation and registration form. Exceeding the maximum occupancy may result in additional charges or cancellation of the reservation.
Visitors are permitted only with prior registration at the front desk
Unregistered visitors may be restricted after 9:00 pm
Registered guests are responsible for the conduct of their visitors.
No smoking in guest rooms or public areas unless in designated smoking zones.
Illegal drugs and drug paraphernalia are strictly prohibited on hotel property.
Violations may result in fines and eviction.
Pets are not permitted.
Guests must conduct themselves with respect toward staff and other guests. Harassment, discrimination, intimidation, or aggressive behavior is not tolerated.
Hotel amenities may have specific rules posted; all guests must comply. Unauthorized commercial activities on hotel property are prohibited.
Guests must comply with all safety instructions and evacuation procedures.
Tampering with safety equipment (alarms, extinguishers) is prohibited and may result in fines or eviction.
Guests are financially responsible for damage caused to hotel property by themselves or their visitors.
The hotel may charge the registered payment method for repair or replacement costs.
Failure to comply with these policies may result in:
Immediate eviction without refund
Charges for damages or penalties
Notification to local law enforcement if required
By completing check-in and using hotel services, guests acknowledge they have read and agree to abide by these policies.
